It is 100% authentic...but from the picture the signature doesn't look bold..maybe just the picture.

That is real, it is about a 2004 or 2005 signature. Max you should pay depends on you, but it is an early carrer (at the end of his carrer it will be) sweetspot signed ball with authentication. I would say it is a legit autograph. I can post a picture of mine from around that time that I got IP for comparisson if you want.

Here is mine from early 2006. I seen a combination of Js on these, mine is pushed together, but others are wider. I would say it is absolutely authentic.

The problem with posting this here is that if consensus is that it's good, you just added to your competition.

Honestly I have never seen a Pujols autograph where all of the letters are connected like that. It was probably rushed somewhere like the spring training signing or something. Where did you get it? Just curious so that I can add that style to my memory.

I'm not saying its real or fake. I have just never seen one like it so I figured I would ask where you got it so that I can log it in my brain lol. It looks real (which im sure it is if it passed JSA) all the letter shapes are right, just connected which is weird.

Just for the sake of identification (and showing off!) this is my IP Pujols auto from 2002. Got it at Olympic Stadium in Montreal when Albert was much, much more willing to sign. The card is from the same time, but I think it's pretty obvious that he was a little hurried on the card. But the ball is as good a sig as I could ask for. (and not be on the sweet spot)
