Question for any eBay sellers

I received an email notification about a week ago stating that eBay stopped accepting payments through Paypal and instead is now doing it directly through the site. I just sold an item and was notified that I was paid but I'm not sure if I will receive the money from eBay after the item is showing as delivered or if the money will go directly to my bank account right away. Any help would be appreciated.
