I would take Domenic Hixon, Hakeem Nicks, & Ramses Barden over Steve Smith.
As for the OP, Ramses' best card so far is probably his Topps Chrome Superfractor Autograph or Donruss Elite Status Black Auto. Both 1/1s.

Thanks for the input.....I meant between those two cards....haven't seen the other two......why is his stuff selling so high?
