thats what im leaning towards but theres a beltran letter patch up :|
I could buy the letter patch(hopefully)and buy the rubies in a week when I get paid again.

Sorry, I might want to get all 90 patterns but not at high BV. I can see doing it for the Diffractors but not the base.

I really hate tek for these sets, even though they look awesome.

I think Topps Tek (between '98-'00) accounts for 20-25% of all the McGwire cards I need...
'98 base, pre-production, diffractor
'99 gold (a and b)
'00 gold

That's a killer group you've put together. I'm ashamed to say I only have 14 from '99.

I think the only reason I like the set so much is because he is only in one set, even though I would prefer him to be in 2000 instead of 1999. But if he was in all three sets like McGwire is I'm sure it would be more frustrating than anything especially since that 1998 set is ridiculous in so many ways.

Nope but I really want to know who it was.It sucks ebay doesnt let you see the name anymore.
No way it was some random buyer.The card was untouched for a long time and when I post it on the boards it gets hit.
needless to say im pretty mad.
