Recent slab pickups / grading

A few slabs that came back over the last year or so as I continue playing catch up
Damn near went blind with the first two ( Summit and Keeping the Pace)

I showed of the Pinnacle X-press base cards a few months ago,and these are the " Men of Summer" foil variation
God awful ugly , as this is proof how poorly chosen foil board can wreck a card

The Donruss Signature base card I had a BGS 9 this is an upgrade
Not sure why I subbed it, but think I just decided since I saw the Proof - lets just sub that pile
I generally don't try and upgrade I just move on- unless its like the 2008 UD Heroes where the grade was totally poor
Then I get irritated and sub its replacement right away !! Have to locate the BGS 9 and say bye bye

Wanted to slab this to protect it, even though I knew the auto was not perfect. (There's a bit of a pen lift in the loop.) Glad it came out a 9.5.

Five more base items slabbed from two never ending series- 2005 Prime Cuts and 2005 Diamond Kings
I've been trying to concentrate on slabbing piles that have sat in my card room sorter area for 10+ years
Mostly base items from various never ending sets. Too much dust built up- gotta slab and store the slabs
The sorter area looks a lot better but I still cannot see my apartment floor in that area

Also a couple of new slabs for my Nomar PSA registry
Our own @jmc855 calls them "box saves"
They came over in a Clemens trade as freebies- thanks Jay !!

Fillers on the inventory list to make inventory girl happy
A 2005 Finest Blue Xfractor, two from 2006 Bowman Chrome, and the 2nd to last slab for 2005 SP Authentic
All I have left on 2005 SP Authentic slab list is the Triple Auto /5 and that series is complete
Lucky for me knocked out the other two autos 15 years ago

Been catching up slab scans with speed since my insurance gals in her yearly scan rant
These are from 2005 Ultra- a bunch of base items
I have to send the mislabeled Die Cut back ( pic 3) - simple mechanical error

Also slabbed my Quantum Leaf recently

Back again at it with more from 2005 Prime Cuts- these are for card # 91
I also missed one Timeline #10 item from those above so that ones now scanned as well
With the new BGS 9 can trade off the dupe jersey

With the recent return of the Platinum Blue , I finished off this pesky 4 card 2000 Crown Collection card #186 subset
Just need to slab the Moment of Truth base item and the entire series will be done
Strangely the first card I knocked off was the hardest one ( Premiere Date) years ago

Making inventory girl more scans to start the weekend off properly
Don't remember buying much of 2003 Fleer Rookies and Greats packs or boxes
I have yet to find a dual patch to my liking, and I'm sure have buried somewhere a copy of the dual jsy

Two more scans done. The Gold's a new item checked off, the Greens a dupe and since I have an 8.5 off it goes

Recently was able to slab the SILVER variation and complete a small subset of my 2005 LEAF CENTURY CLEMENS

Silver # to 100, Gold # to 50 , and at least one of the 4 available 1/1

Subsets complete far as I'm concerned
Almost done I believe with that series have to check my other items when I can

Bunch of newly scanned slabs from the never ending 2005 Throwback Threads Polo Grounds series
Been adding various subsets to orders to start knocking off large hundred card + series
Also a 2006 Ultimate base item

Gonna be going to physical rehab after she gets out ( inpatient) so I'll have no rest anytime soon

The Throwback Sepia # to 20 was a mislabel - it is now fixed and added to my registry





The Zenith Red (# to 60) and White (# to 70) are dupes to the Mint 9 examples shown above

Appreciate the thoughts and emails that were sent . Looking at 17 days come Monday since she wont get released over the weekend

Added 8 more 2005 LEAF SPORTSCASTERS to my registry. Think I'm close to 60+ slabbed variations now
Plus one dupe item that didn't upgrade my other one
