Reds Lock up Jay Bruce!!!

Cincinnati Reds have signed OF Jay Bruce to a 6-year, $51 million extension. A seventh-year club option could bring deal to $63 million.

Votto should be next in line but it looks like it will be a bit tougher to lock him up.

Hopefully Stubbs can continue to improve at the plate, could be a huge year for the Redlegs.

Smart move by the Reds. Bruce will be fun to watch in the field and should see hit hitting skills mature. I expect a great year from him in 2011.
