Rene Tosoni Auto Lots. Amazing!

Not sure if anyone else mentioned this already, but the guy has roughly 98% of the print run on all the parallels, right?

We can induce that he has 90% or more of the Base Chromes...only ~1000 Chrome Autos? Estimates have always been around 2000-2800.

For some reason I thought base chrome autos were 12-1500.

I don't think they are saying Topps is schilling. They are saying the new bidder is Topps trying to win them.

Why would you even think someone would be saying they were shilling? What purpose would that even serve? I was merely saying maybe it is them trying to win the auction...

Someone named Todd just left a comment at Wax Heaven saying he got a "NICE deal" on all of them. Don't know if it's true or not so I'll try to verify.

I figured someone would swoop in and work an off ebay deal on them. Congrats to whoever got the lots. May never see something like those again. Any idea what buyer is going to do with them? Sell them off in small lots, singles or just keep the entire hoard and be the king of all Tosoni auto cards. Also got those Orioles pitcher orange lot. Something like 24 of 25 oranges of his.

Cargolargo owned the cards, not Topps. Did anyone see a police report filed by Topps on these? Unless they did that, they are not stolen property.

i doubt Topps is losing any sleep over Rene Tosoni autograph cards.

Also this isn't the first time this has happened.
I'm sure some of you know of other cases where autograph cards never got back to the company for packs, but ended up showing up on ebay.
I recall someone in 97 Donruss signature got cards stolen out of their car.
I think 97-98 Skybox autographics had one or two rookies I think it was Tim Thomas was one and someone from 1997 UD Legends football. Where a few cards showed up signed on ebay with UD coa on the back, but were never returned for pack out or redemptions.
