Well, the guy obviously has no idea as to the significance of having the entire print run of this player or any player for that matter. Considering he didn't even know how to properly list them, you can bet your bottom dollar that the first time he heard the name was when the truck backed up and dumped them on his lawn.

Well, I was obviously speaking on the condition that they were proven to be erroneously delivered to a seller or some other reason that the courts would seize them. I would say with about 80% certainty that if Topps gets involved in this, these cards will never go out as redemptions.

I certainly wouldn't advocate keeping stolen property.

They seem like a likely candidate for backdooring and being as they are a large business (and this is the first time I have heard of them being associated with cards) it wouldn't make sense for them to steal these.
