Congrats on the Rickey! When I saw earlier today that the site was live, I went searching to see if Rickey was included. I copied pics of all 3 versions, but forgot to post them up. There's also a virtual Rickey coin as well.

That was a tough one to get for me. I have only seen maybe 3 total Hendersons. Great pick-up.

Also Scott, that little Alyssa is awfully cute. Seems like a happy girl. Congrats on that.

Thanks guys, it was a steal, and total luck. I had just posted a few auctions, and was checking to see if they had listed correctly, and there it was. I couldn't hit the BIN fast enough

Larry, these are randomly awarded for redeeming Topps latest Golden giveaway gimmick. But, from what I've heard, they've changed the way they are traded, so you can't sell them via eBay as you've been able to in the past. You'll have to wait until the actual cards are shipped, which won't be for months. Along with the base version (odds are 1:15 codes), there's also a gold parallel (1:200 codes), as well as a 14k gold 1:1.

Exciting new pick-up! I have put in a new computer and haven't really hooked the card stuff up on there yet. I threw the old one in the dungeon so I can just carry my flash drive down there and play with cards. But alas... No time! What would work best is if I could just bring my cards to work, since it's usually so boring here, but the few times I have tried that we got really busy.


Most of what I've done with my new computer is try to figure out iTunes. I got an old hand-me-down iPhone that I'm using as an iTouch, but... sadly, I'm an iTard. Having a lot of problems with that whole thing....

I got this phone and it was so loaded with songs I couldn't use it for what I wanted to use it for, downloading audio books from the library. I tried to load the songs onto iTunes, but it wanted somebody's password. I found a program to get them off the phone and onto the computer, and THEN into iTunes... took days. Then I finally figured out how to delete stuff off the phone itself, which also took a couple days. It's mostly music I don't really want to hear: Simon & Garfunkel, Grateful Dead, Beatles.... I just didn't want to delete it, in case I give this phone back to my mother-in-law.


I have a couple MP3 discs, one has all of 2pac's albums. I tried to load those into itunes, and it seemed to work, but... only when the disc is in the drive. When I take it out, the songs quit working. That's where I'm at now...

I did make some progress last night. Didn't get around to trying to figure out why that 2pac disc doesn't work. I'm thinking of buying a big flash drive, like 32GB, and keeping all the songs on there. I don't know if that's a good idea or a bad idea, but I'd like to keep my computer as empty as possible.



jcool, that 82 perma.gold was a really tough one for me. It was the last card I needed from 82, and finished up the 79-83 portion of my wantlist. I paid $20 for it, but I was so happy to get it. Then they added the 82 Blackless to the OPG, so now my list isn't complete anymore anyway, shoulda never blown the $20... ::facepalm:: :lol:
