I'm a moron. I posted the link to that jersey, and didn't even remember that it was already lettered. That's the correct one, nothing wrong with it. Is the name 2 color and number 3 color? Name should be blue on white and number should be blue on gray on white.

You guys are lucky. And smart. If only I were more smarter. Because I definitely spent more on base cards/crappy inserts + shipping in the years 2002-2003 than it would have cost to pick up a Chong back then. Tarded.

That's one of my favorite jerseys. I think the color combo and the red numbers on the front. Up there with the A's alternate, Red Sox away and Padres alternate. Glad you were able to grab it for a.......STEAL!

I was happy too! I want to get a Mets, Seattle, and a nice Oakland one. I have a throwback like the ones they were selling at the HOF in 09. I have a nice Padres and a home Red sox with the Williams stripe, even though I wish it had his name on the back

Did anyone else laugh at the prices for graded Henderson cards that KIDOHAWK listed on Ebay. I wonder what the listing fees were?

I hate that about the Red Sox. And the Yankees.
Do they do it because they're so cheap? Haha. Sorry, we spend $250,000,000 on the payroll, so we can't spare $35 for the letters. Sorry guys, you'll resemble a little league team, but it is what it is. The boss simply cannot afford it.

Don't worry about clogging up the thread Ryan. I for one don't mind (and I'm sure no one else does either), as there are definitely things more important than cards. I've read through your other thread, and the pictures are just crazy! Hopefully the weather continues to cooperate, and they are able to get it under control.

I actually wrote him a message telling him that his prices were WAY too high. I have sold a few 1/1's and 1/10's etc Auto's and you really only get at most
$250. I'm sure most of us Rickey collectors don't care too much about graded Rickey cards.

I think it looks terrible....These card companies need to start making 1/1 cards more desirable and more pleasing to the eye. Also, the Leaf Tim Raines/Henderson 1/1 that also just showed up is bad too.

In all fairness the Leaf one wasn't made by them. Someone sent in the cuts to have it made. I think BG would have done a better job of this. Wish they could deny people of making hideous choices like this, but Leaf can't control what people send in.

Hahahaaa... what a crappy idea for a card. Tim Raines can't hold Rickeys jock, and the only reason the one card was made was because nobody had figured that out yet! 
Hahaha.... while researching I was reminded that there were a few with both of them on it, and it was because they led their respective leads in SB. That was then though. The only combination of SB greats should be Henderson/Brock. That's not just my opinion, that's based on facts and stats!
Sorry, I've been in a Tim Raines hatin' mood lately for some weird reason.
And hey thanks for the support guys. I feel much better. Sometimes I do feel like I use the thread for my personal blog, which might not be so bad if I wasn't the only one to do it.
I've completely discontinued the practice of showing off pics of the kid. Hrumph.
