Dont know if you Rickey guys like McFarlane figures, but here is a preview image of Rickey's first McFarlane figure that is gonna be in the soon to be released McFarlane Cooperstown 8 line up......

Figure looks great imo and i will definitely be buying one. There is also gonna be a Yankees variation as well.

That is a must have for me. At least two of each! And, it is about time they did one!

Ken, I'd be interested in these:

02 Topps Chrome Black Refractor #T74 (54/100)
05 Donruss Classics Legendary Players Gold #LP-35 (15/75)
05 Donruss Studio Portraits Diamond Kings Beige/Color #Sp-82 (8/40)

Scott, I need these from you. Do you need a 96 Sports Heroes Feats & Facts Padres? What about 87 Scholastic Coach magazine (cover)

2004 PLAYOFF PRESTIGE PLAYER COLLECTIONS JERSEY PLATINUM #PC-74 (#50)
86 Meadow gold Yankees ball
Salvino (no sleeves) of course ;)

Ken, I don't need the 96 Sports Heroes, but do need the 87 Scholastic Coach mag. Also, after closer inspection of the two facsimile autographed baseballs I had that I thought were the 86 Meadow Gold Yankees baseballs, it turns out that NEITHER of them were!!! (DANG!) So, in a weird twist of fate...I am now searching for that item too! ::facepalm::

Hmmm...so we're down to the Salvino, which I knew you wanted :? and the Platinum Jersey. I'll send you an email to work something out offline.

Scott, I only saw 1 Sports Heroes on your list. Maybe I missed the other. There are 2 #57, one as an A, and the other as a Padre.

I don't think that's the actual preview image, as that's the image of the one they were going to release back in 2003, and never did:
http://www.rickeyhendersoncollectibles. ... igure.html

In this thread, which picture doens't belong...the Rickey! All of the others were produced by Spawn, but this is just the old Rickey picture.

http://board.spawn.com/forums/showthread.php?t=558841

A Spawn employee also commented in the thread that one of those pics was wrong, and the Rickey seems to be the popular guess. It also looks like both the A's and Yanks versions will be regular version ($11.99), but there's a rumor that there might be an SP Rickey in a retro A's jersey.

PAGE 24!!!

Which reminds me of a conversation me and Ken sorta had the other day. He said something to me, and I did a lot of thinking about and never replied. Your typical conversation with RyanL.

He was after that #12/12 that I like to call a "jersey # card." Recently I was on baseballreference.com and was checking out all those jersey #s. WoW.

http://www.baseball-reference.com/playe ... ri01.shtml

You have your regular stuff you would expect to see, like these:

Well, I guess png's don't work like other imgs.

But look at these beauties!

1989 Oakland A's Not a surprise, seen it in pictures, but didn't think they'd put it on the site

1979 Oakland A's Never ever knew that

#14

1993 Toronto BJ's  Really?

And of course, with a little research, I was able to find this. A 2002 Red Sox #12 jersey!

Yeah, it's on Cliff Floyd's page.

I had some friends over yesterday checking out our awesome 10 ft hole.* My g/f grabbed the mail and announced I have a baseball card. I checked it out, and one of the guys is like "Is it a new Rickey?" and I was like "Oh yeah, and not just any Rickey... this package is from the owner of RickeyHendersonCollectibles.com" They were super impressed that the owner of that prestigious website sent me a #24 card! :D

I just dragged my whole collection upstairs, I'm having trouble locating certain cards and I can't keep making trips downstairs, especially when it's just me and the babay. So... this should be a really good weekend for RyanL24 playing with baseball cards! w00t!

I am juggling like 12 email conversations and baseball card transactions... so if I owe you an email and you are sick of not hearing from me, hit me up!
----

*We're finally getting the sewer line fixed. If you have a Roto-Rooter in your area, don't ever use them. They told us that because our sewer line is 14 ft deep, it would be $6K to fix the one 4' section of pipe. Luckily my girl is the smart kind who looks around for the best price, gets second opinions and estimates, things like that. The second company who came out let us know that the pipe is only 9' ft down, and Roto-Rooter always tells people it's 14' deep because they charge a buttload extra if it's deeper than 12'. Then he told us we should check out our little local news stations "Call for Action", they recently did a special on Roto-Rooter, how they go to old people's house and tell them it'll be $6K to fix the problem... then they dig the hole and announce it will actually be $12K. Anyway..... this other company fixed the problem for $3,250 almost half price... and they said they would replace the whole line for $5K, less than Roto-Rooter wanted for the one 4' section. So we're gonna do that. But man does it hurt. I thought these were like big fat sewer tubes but they aren't... I couldn't believe how skinny they are. Damn they sure do cost a lot.

The best part was how this guy Troy, must be Larry's buddy... he comes out and is joking around, and he says.... drum roll.... "Too many BURRITO'S, huh? Blew up the sewer line!" I was like what!? :o

Last year during an A's game they played a clip of Rickey's first steal. I took some pictures of my paused TV (I know, lame, but it's the best I could do), and you can see that he's wearing #39. This was the first time that I'd seen/heard of that:

http://www.rickeyhendersoncollectibles. ... debut.html

You were way ahead of me!

But check this out....

I have the video of this recorded on my DVR, and will hopefully be able to figure out how to get it over to the computer eventually. It might take me awhile, but I should be able to get it done.

Had any luck with that? I mean, I'd still be trying to figure out myself.... maybe that's why it struck me as so funny. A regular Ryan Lundy over there. I'll get around to it soon....

Ryan, can't believe you have a ten foot hole, not something I would advertise here. I am sure that there are other forums for that kind of thing.

It is cool to see you guys finally trading like this. I was wondering when that would start. I would love to see how they came out, don't need to know how much was paid, but you know, who came out with what. Looks like you guys are trying to beat the trade deadline! When the flurry is done, post a list of your new acquisitions. Only 'cuz I'm nosy and want to know everything!

 I prefer to think of it as a five thousand dollar hole.

Becky was advertising it last night at work. If anybody has a body they need disposed of, she'll do it for just $5K...

Then we could break even on our $5K hole. :|
