About the camo Gwynn jersey... won't they sell you a blank one and let you add the numbers and lettering? Just a thought...

About the 2005 Absolute...

Did these cards show pictures of the jersey on the back? I really like the cards that showed what jersey they were supposedly cut from.

I liked it too. In 2005 they thought it was more important to show us a diagram of the baseball diamond that the jersey was used on. For some reason.

It's a big picture, maybe excessive, but I like it! As to the "supposedly" part of your statement, I believe they really did their job very well. You can tell on those Rickey Mets cards you showed, they show the picture of the throwback jersey on the back. (I think :lol: ) And there are some really super great examples out there, like this one:

Yeah, I like the picture of the jersey on the back. Seems to give the card a more authentic feel to me. I don't see the camo jersey on their site anymore, it must be sold out. I would love to have M&N make me the 69 throwback the Mets wore. If Rickey will sign with them they would be able to.

Hey everyone,

I thought i would jump right into this thread. This is my first post, just wanted to say hello. I have talked to a few of you in the past with other media. I want to expand my options beyond eBay. A quick profile, i consider myself an above average Rickey collector, my tally right now is about 2300 different cards and numerous miscellaneous items. I am willing to trade pretty much anything i have for some other pieces (including some 1/1's and autos); some are more desirable to me than others and there are some sets i'd like to complete. I need to find a way to post my lists and would be happy to share it with anyone.

I would like to complete the leaf certified fabric of the game sets, absolute memoriablila sets from 2004-2005 and the leaf exhibits.

Also, before i throw it up on eBay, i have an extra 1989 French/Canadien Starting Lineup Figure if anyone is interested. Pretty good shape, has a kay-bee-toy price sticker on it, like most did, still in package.

Funny you mentioned the 89 Canadian SLU. I was looking thru a list yesterday and noticed the Canadian SLU's so I was going to start looking on eBay. Did look for the 89 Yankee's Team, but it's about $75, too high for me.

So I saw another user posted the checklist for 2011 Topps Marquee and I found all the Rickey cards. Only 5 listed, but there might be some parallels and such. One of the links shows the Memento Quad Relic card. So I updated my list, which has not been updated since 2003. Does anyone have a pretty up to date list of cards from 2003-2011 that I could copy? Since I'll be getting my collection in hand soon, I'm really getting the itch to start collecting and getting back in the swing of things.

it's not extra stuff, wish it was ....i am open to trading anything if there is something else i want more. I would love to finish off the fabric of the game set i have been putting together or some other things. Some of the auto's i don't really need...i'd trade an auto for an auto if i think it would finish off another set or something like that. These are more of the nicer looking cards i have. I can send you my complete list if you ever want it.

What should I realisticly expect to pay?

Is ebay the best place? I have seen very few Rickey Autos in the few times I have searched. Do you just have to be patient?

I got all of mine on eBay. The prices are dropping on them now since there are so many out. There are usually a lot listed when a new product is released.

Is anyone here looking or a 2011 A's ticket with Henderson on it? I also have a 2009 HOF Induction Pendant (58/125). These were only given to all Inductees. The one I have belonged to a writer who got in that year.
