Just got this magazine in, which has one of the nicest covers of any I own.

Vol-14-3.jpg

I'd like to someday get this signed by both

That is a nice cover, and one I haven't picked up yet. The A's Magazine used to have some really great cover art. I was always partial to this one:

Somewhere in the basement right now.

I always loved the green Mizuno gloves. If I ever were to get a set, they would have to be the green ones! Maybe someday.

Unbelievable collection! Makes me want to dig through my late 80's-early 90's A's memorabilia to see what I have. It's not going to be anywhere that sweet, though.

I don't think I could have said it any better. This stuff is crazy! What's on the back of the 1982 Fleer test card?

Did a little "research" today, and thought you guys might enjoy these. The scheduled release date is currently sometime in February/March.

Although the sell sheet isn't the best, you can at least see the two figures. I don't know much about McFarlane's, but there's also a 3rd limited edition figure. It's a "Collector's Level Bronze" figure with green jersey and white pants, with a print run of around 1,000-3,000. I'll keep you guys posted as I learn more.

Wow that's a cool figurine... the package says Rickey, but... who's that fatty inside? :o Is it just me? Looks like Cecil Fielder in a Yankees getup.

He did say "ish"

Ah, you guys know me too well. I was down in the dungeon last night slavin' away, I had to put all the xmas stuff away so I could regain access to my cards. Of course, the real mission was getting to my winter clothes. It's Colorado, and it snows, but here are we are in January and I still haven't pulled them out. This baby really keeps me busy! She's becoming more and more fun though... anyway, in the end I organized a bunch of CDs that were sitting there. Didn't grab my winter clothes or the Rickey dupes. What a slacker...

Yay, more info on the new Hendersons. The question is, for me, how to get my hands on 2 of each? The collector level one seems like it will be only available to Ebay scalpers and not found in stores. Must have 3 open and 3 sealed so I will probably pay through the nose. It would be really cool to find the regular two in the store. That hasn't happened since forever! Remember Starting lineup? Ah, those were the days... ;)

That would be Bo Jackson, which is the mold that they used.

You can pre-order the two base figures online at tons of places (most are around $11.95), but not sure what the shipping will cost you. But, I think you're right about the A's chase figure, eBay will probably be your best bet.
