Some "rippers" will run a razor blade along the side of a short edge to create a pocket and remove the card inside. You must be mindful not to hit the insert though.

How about 3 cheers to a failed attempt on those rip cards....just a bad, bad, BAD idea in my opinion.
So I'm pissed! I contacted a seller about a week ago and worked out a price for 2 cards. Told him I would pay for the today since I got paid. So I send payment and get a message back saying "sorry, I sold one of the cards the other day". Don't you think he could have sent me a message when it sold saying "hey I sold one of the cards" or at least hold them until after today?
Larry,
They did produce an official video, but it actually sold out pretty quickly. I do have a copy (and am actually in it a few times, if you know where to look, lol)! I'm not sure if the copy is protected or not, or of it can be burned, but I'll try and find out for you.
Thanks! I know I missed the boat, but I checked ASAP on the HOF website in 2009 and now can't find it on Ebay or anywhere else!
Do any of you guys have the HOF induction on DVD? We are changing providers, so I have to get rid of my DVR and I am going to lose the HOF induction and the ESPN special for Henderson. If there is a cost to burn or ship or anything else for this, I will of course pay for it. Let me know if it is possible. I checked the HOF site and the only inductions are 2010 and up. Thanks!
Just got this in today if anyone needs it, shoot me a PM.

Card is clean, but my scanner is not. Sorry!!
Hey guys, I've been asking Walt McCreary a few questions via e-mail, one of which I believe is of interest to this board for obvious reasons. Basically, I inquired to find out if Rickey has ever collected his own baseball cards and if so, which one is his personal favorite. Here is Walt's response:
"Not really only a selected few when I'm with him this week in Cooperstown I will ask him which ones he liked the best.
I know his favorite thing to collect was always books the ones with players like Aaron, Mays, Ruth were in, he loves more of the game of yesterday then what it is today.
When we're at the HOF we always go on a private tour after hours just looking at the old stuff which is what he really enjoys."
Walt then asked me to put together a few questions from his fans that he would have answered during HOF week. I then will post the answers to them here. So, what questions have you always wanted to ask Rickey? I'll collect the Top 10 or so and send them over to Walt.
This should be fun!
What is Rickeys favorite movie?
What is Rickeys favorite movie?
Here's a few questions for Rickey to throw in the hopper:
I know Rickey couldn't always remember his teammates names (sorry John Olerud), but of the ones he did remember, who was his favorite teammate and why? Who was his LEAST favorite teammate and why?
Besides the A's, what was his second favorite franchise to play for?
Is there a franchise that he never played for that he wished he did?
What is he more proud of....his Gold Glove or his record for leading off games with HRs?
What is his favorite memory of a defensive play that he made?
Was there a contemporary player of his (not necessarily a teammate) that wowed him, either consistently (like the howitzer-like gun of Andre Dawson in RF) or with a feat (like Bo Jackson snapping a bat over his leg like a twig)?
We all know he chose baseball (and we're glad he did), but did he ever regret not developing his football running back skills further? What running back would he compare his style to? Barry Sanders/Gale Sayers? Emmitt Smith/Ladian Tomlinson? other? Did he have good hands out of the backfield?
What catcher did he think most had Rickey's number most often, or at least had the toughest chess match with while he was on base?
He had tree trunks for thighs...what was his off-season regimen like to build up his thighs so big?
What is the one feat he is proud of that most people forget (we all know about the SBs, walks, and runs...but is there something else he wishes people would remember about him too)?
ok, that's it for now. If I think about more, I'll post them. Very cool.
