Got me for a second, congrats!

Rickey’s all time SB record was set at 939. My whole identity is based on 939. Like literally I have searched eBay for 1000’s of hours in search of ANY Rickey insert/parallel card 939/XXXX serial #. Clicking, zooming in. Asking sellers what the specific serial # is if they didn’t list it. I have found 7 938’s (with tears after each one), tons of 940. Even more 339’s or 993’s…….this is the 939 I have long sought after. Lame to 93.9% of the world, this is a dream. I feel like a kid again in 1991. Was literally shaking opening up the package.

ultimately, of the active players now, it will probably be Trea Turner who comes closest to Rickey and all of the rest of the guys who got steals, and
he'll probably top out at 400, even with the bases closer together.

These make me very happy! They have been unicorns to find but happy to give them a forever home now! The larger Padres CHP is a promo used at the table at school events to attract people to come over and learn more about safety and then they received a normal size card from the teams set, it’s the only copy anybody has seen that I know of…

Maybe everyone already knows this, but in the 2022 Bowman Draft (and Bowman Draft Chrome and Bowman Draft Chrome Sapphire), there is a mention of Rickey on the back of A's prospect Henry Bolte's card #121. Somehow I accidentally got sent a bunch of the Bowman Draft Chrome #BDC-121 and Bowman Draft Chrome Refractor #BDC-121, so if any Rickey fan wants either one for free just DM me with your mailing address.
