It really bugs me when COMC sellers decline offers without countering. I thought my offers of 27% and 16% off were reasonable... I just like to see that a seller is willing to negotiate. Sellers ought to set a minimum offer or change their seller settings to "not accepting offers". Oh well.

I could not agree more. However, I can see where some sellers get sick of the BS offers, but in your case it is "odd" to say the least.
