Why does anyone consider a button something super awesome if I can ask? Truly makes me wonder.

only 8 per uniform, where a jersey would have thousands...i get the rarity, but don't get the demand....but then again most non-baseball collectors don't get the idea of buying cardboard or patches of a uniform either. Even the non-baseball card collector gets the idea of autos though.

I didn't have the cobb in hand, and i just listed it on ebay before I bought it. I started it at .99 cent and then ended the auction right after listing it. They can still psa/dna a closed auction, i have done it numerous times. list it, end it, provide the item number on the form and they will quick opinion it.
Did you ask the guy if he will guaranty it to pass psa/dna? That would be the best suggestion.

I would not trust *** on something like a Ruth autograph. If it was PSA certified...

Yeah, no kidding. But that's probably at least a $10k card.

I'd take the Gehrig Button. You can always get a Ruth Auto in the future, but you may never be able to get another Gehrig Button again. Not to mention, the Gehrig is a very high dollar item itself.
