I don't like calling people out but this dude shilled his auction and then sent me a second chance offer about 5 minutes after the auction ended. Long story short: he uses an account with 30 feedback to shill his auctions as verified by the fact that the user has bid on 8 of his auctions and 100% bid activity with the seller.

Anyway, I bid on a Heyward ref, lost, but quickly received this message from the user:

"Hello,
I sent you the second chance offer for the 2008 heyward bowman auto refractor. The person that won it I told not that he couldn't bid on it and they did so that is why you received the offer. If you want it you will receive the same card in the pictures."

I replied with tactful response letting him know that shill bidding is frowned upon by ebay and the hobby in general. It was not necessary to be a dick or threaten him because that really doesn't do anything but waste energy.

So, there you have it. Just making you guys aware.

I would have told him that you'd pay $113 for it since that's what the "bidder he told he couldn't bid" started his bidding at.

Haha, good point
