My guess is a Strasburg refractor redemption(if Bowman Chrome) is without a doubt worth more than this card. It is a nice pull, yes-but I don't think it is an insane pull, though I could be wrong.

I'm hoping to luck my way into the right move, and the Yankees love this guy. Strasburg lost 50% of his appeal in one day. and will Tommy Johns work? I have a Clemens Auto I paid $150 for right beside my Vince Young Collection. Come to think of it, maybe I'm just wrong no matter what. (very likely)

The Yankees love him, yes-but so does every major league team. Barring injury, he is a sure fire top 10 pick-so the Yankees aren't going to get a shot at taking him.
As far as Strasburg, Tommy John isn't as big of an issue as so many think. Many have come back and flourished after TJ surgery, Josh Johnson quickly comes to mind. I don't really see the whole TJ surgery affecting Stras that much long term.
My advice: go back and see if you can get that Strasburg refractor in a trade for the Cole green auto. Not to keep the Strasburg refractor auto, but to sell it. I just got $200 for my Strasburg refractor redemption on eBay. I was lucky that someone hit the buy it now on it, but it is easily a $160+ card. I would trade for the Strasburg redemption, and then sell it on eBay for $160+, and call it a day. Even if you hold the Cole until he is drafted(the best way to maximize its value), it isn't a $160+ card. It is still a good pull, but the Stras is definitely the better card. If you feel like gambling, keep the Stras redemption-if not, sell it and take a nice payday.
Just my 2 cents, ultimately it is your call of course.
