Right now I'm in Florida and am going to go to some of the Spring Training practices. I can't find anything that shows when they practice. Does anyone know when to go? Thanks!

OK, I will. Thanks!jswaykos said:Call the stadiums and see when they open - the players should be practicing by then. That seems to be how it is in the few parks I've gone to in AZ.
I'll probably go to the Astros (tomorrow), Braves, Red Sox, and I'm not sure who else. OK, it sounds like I should call the teams. Thanks!Marro said:Where at?. Tampa, st Pete, clearwater? Most teams, I have seen practice somewhere else. Like others have said, Call the team and ask where they're located. Not sure what the policy for gaining access is though, I was given tours of a few. But was invited by the teams back in the day, for a reason.

Players milling around, excited to be back, walking between ball fields, etc. The practices last for much longer than the games, and you can sit in on whatever you want. Veterans working with young guys, coaches barking at players about misc stuff, everything. It really puts the players in a much different light!
