St. Louis Cardinals Collectors Thread

Great vintage stuff, guys. Here's a little something I came across the other day, St. Louis Cardinals Stationery from back in the Sportsman's Park days. I have two sheets of this. My brother-in-law picked it up for me years back at a Flea Market/Trade Show he frequents in Detroit Lakes, MN.

How the hell did you get a Gaetti signed ball?I tried him when he was a minor league coach twice with no luck.Cardinals did get one good year out of him in '96.

I have four Gaetti signed balls--all from eBay--all done in his old "Circle G" style auto. (He uses a "Cursive G" now.) He's from my hometown, so I've always been a collector. I'm always looking for his old style autos. (and stupid Pacific parallels from the 90's) :lol:

As far as the stationery, like anything else, it's a nice artifact from a byegone era and a place that doesn't exist anymore. How would Yankees fans like official Yankee Stadium stationery?

Probably forgetting some, but I have M. Thompson, Benes, Alicea, Brunansky (might be in a Twins uniform), Herzog, Dayley, L. Smith (he's in a Braves, Royals, or Pirates uniform though), Jordan, M. Clark, Whiten, Mabry, Hentgen (Blue Jays uniform), and some others I'm sure I'm forgetting.

Will do, although he might be in an Indians uniform.He only signs 2 cards each request, and I know some of them were Indians cards.

Last year or the year before MLB Network showed the game he hit 4 home runs.Did not remember the younger Buck calling games on TV back then.

Yes, there were 1/1 red refractors that year.I could have sworn probably 2 years ago I saw the red refractor sell, it went for a ton if I'm not mistaken.

Nope, the reds were only made for draft cards 1-175. The Yadier is out of BC, which did not have red Refractors
