I hate Bowden. I want Buchholz to plant crack in his locker and get him arrested.

Just refrain from posting anywhere from now on. Thanks.

That would be bad if they demote him to AA, but if they did it with Clay, they can do it with Bowden. I wouldn't mind getting some more Bowden autos! 8-)

I dont think they will though. Bowden toyed with the AA players and was pretty good in AAA, and pitched well in his 1 MLB appearance. As i have learned though, in ST pitchers are working on getting their pitches ready, not getting opposing players out. So i take his ST with a grain of salt

Ruben Rivera homered against the Astros. He's still prospect eligible, right?

Umm, not since 1995.

Kevin Mass would always sign items with bible scriptures and Jesus fishes added on.

It was pretty annoying.

Yikes.

I love when people get cheeky about prospect flops from yesteryear. It never gets old.

Freddie Freeman: 1-1; double, run scored, RBI, 1BB

Cahill isn't doing too bad so far: 2IP 1H 1R 1ER 1BB 1K -- His ER scored on a wild pitch.
Corey Wimberly also drove in a pair.

If Carter doesn't make the team, it's insane!

But don't they already have plenty of first basemen??? He'd definitely be a great bat off the bench.

Nec- Hold your jockies brother! Easy now. He does look like a flop right now, but I never said he was going to be a COMPLETE bust. I know if is spring training, but one has to wonder. 2 starts already for him, 4 ER I believe. He just doesn't look ready yet is all that I am saying.

Nice Super! All I have is his Red Refractor.

Kei Igawa (believe it or not) 3.0 IP 1H 2K

Just proves the point spring training stats are not very important and misleading.

Chris Johnson had another decent day: 1-4, 2 RBIs and 2Ks

Do you think he'll be the starting third baseman this year?

He can play some outfield, with Kotsay hurt they have a bench slot for him. Also Youk could play some third if Lowell has any issues and Carter at first. Kotsay's injury definitely opened a door for him.
