As much as I absolutely love FCB, I find it incredibly hard to believe that miggy constantly gets suspensions and gets piled on for general stupidity (usually a chat thread) but AKA can come back after screwing many folks, not make good on getting what is owed back to the people he's screwed and nothing is really done to punish him or to warn others of his past transgressions. I had no idea about the fanbro site, so, obviously some folks who post a good amount on here don't know or weren't aware (or possibly didn't remember) the incident.

Steven, I understand that firsthand as well. Being one of the first people to publicly post something about his abuses due to what I was seeing in the community, I received several threats as well relating to my website. I still have the emails from him on that as well.

Post the emails like Steven did. Apparently it is up to us as a community to show everyone Coastal's true colors.

I don't think Coastal's indiscretions are up to question. It's about providing a venue for possible resolve or at least positive movement. Remember - as Gilmore has said - Coastal wasn't unbanned, his ban expired. Coastal wasn't originally banned for what happened on FanBro - it was for what he did here when launching FanBro. This is a trial to see what he does with his chance to return to the public. No one is at risk in our community by him being here, but also recognize that it is important for these things to be addressed in some way. A lot of people have said that they had never heard of any of this - so what if they had encountered Coastal via another forum? Or at a card show? At least some word is getting out and some expansion on the story is being made.

That's too bad, just for the fact that I thought with him being here, there might be a chance that the victims get compensated. Now I'd guess that's about 0.
Understand the reasoning, though. I really hope some people DO decide to pursue some sort of legal action against him, as it is completely deserved.

You mean anymore than the leaf threads that get posted??? If anything this type of stuff brings members together! Have you read leaf threads? Those threads tear people apart!!! and thats the truth!
If he hasn't compensated yet, it's obvious that he does not feel like he owes anything.
I think he has a big long response typed out. This thread might see that, it might not. If he sends it to me, I will post it.

There comes a point where the deserved outcry of the victims overrides the efforts of the guilty. If it looked to the point where him being here would reflect negatively, then Chris would take the step necessary to make sure everyone understands the intent of giving Coastal his time to come forward. Hopefully - something positive comes of this, like the few people who have joined to speak up.
Hopefully, they will stick around to see that this is a place where they shouldn't have to keep their guard up as much as they may elsewhere.

Why? Lets give Coastal a chance to tell his side. Also if anything by you allowing him to come back could be a good thing for those that feel or felt scammed. He may just try and make good on his end (Even if its taken forever) to where he wouldnt have if you kept him suspended. Lets see what he does? Lets see if he atleast trys to redeem himself before considering ban.
It was all based upon me posting this on my site. The point where he states "Now you get yours" in the comments was when he sent the email. I'll email the people who said they were scammed and direct them to this thread. Forgot that there were complaints on that post about him.
I'm not sure if I still have the other threats I took screenshots of, they might be on my laptop at home. The threats were alot more specific there. The threats of saying how I don't send stuff were completely unfounded as it was a big promotion with a card company, something I take very seriously. For the record, everyone did receive everything they won. Just making that clear.
