In both of his losses, the Nats but a big 0 on the scoreboard. In his no decision, only one run was scored.

seeing his whip is 1.01 and his era is 2.27 and his walks are 1/7th of his strikeouts i would say he is that good... and jamie moyer is a third rate version of bert blyleven. if strasburg had the phillies offense led by the savior in stirups ryan howard he would be 5-0..

Watching him pitch from the stretch seems to have been his Achilles so far this year. As soon as a runner gets on, it seems as if he loses his comfortability. Striking out 5 or striking out 25 won't matter if he can't learn how to handle the base runners. Which, in time, he will.

He loses about 2-3 MPH on his pitches with runners on. Also seems to rely on his 2-seamer over the 4-seamer with men on base.
