Wasnt sure what to expect considering the Holiday but most of the tables were sold.

As a side note, I also picked up for a buck, a 1999 Collectors Edge "something" Kurt Warner PROMO rc psa 10. Back when it came out, my friend traded one, ungraded, for a 94 SP Alex Rodriguez.

wow you really killed it with those 50 cent pickups! A BV of $50 and $60 for 2 of them?? WOW. If those are indeed the BV great job on your part! (is the Nolan Ryan "legendary pants" a game used pant card? if so, what was the seller thinking at only $0.50???)

Thanks, the Ryan "Legendary Pants" is an insert, not GU.

Usually at small shows, you have a better chance of coming upon "finds" where dealers just dont know what they have. Thinking its NOT GU or autod or a rookie so its not worth anything.

I picked up about 160 cards from that 50 cents per card dealer and the funny thing is that he is a major, major show promoter who knows everything about vintage and autos. I guess he just doesnt care about new stuff and only sees these as pure "double/triple money flips" without looking up BV at the very least.

On top of that, those three cards (both Ryan's and Musial) had $2 price tags on them.
