So I get a text @ 7:30 this morning from Verizon saying my kid is at 75% of his monthly text usage...really on a Sunday morning???....end rant

Good morning board

I honestly did not know there was even a limit on texting. And my 2 daughters have over 200k of texts a month a piece. Good thing we are not charged by the text lol

Anyone see any of the meteor shower last night?

Good Morning Everyone!

With AT&T I am grandfathered in with unlimited data and texts. Data @ $30 a month.

G'morn gents & gals

That texting tale reminds me of a situation I had with AT&T during college. You see, I used AT&T Relay to communicate with hearing folk...the operator would say what I type to the other end and type what he says to me, get that? I made countless long-distance calls due to being a very active collector of all things Batman (yes, I was really batty back then...)...countless because I didn't see any charges for LD calls in my monthly statements. "Free? Cool...a perk for being deaf" so I kept making more LD calls. Two years later, I get this special letter from AT&T...listing EVERY LD call I made for those two years...and they wanted me to pay over $7k. I kid you not. Had quite a few angry calls with AT&T and refused to pay a cent for it. To my surprise, they never sent bill collectors after me. A few years later, there's a new law that makes all relay calls FREE within the US...so all's good now.

Blah, blah...thanks for listening.

And Richard, that was mean and you know what I'm talking about. ;)

Jamison - my questions is: Do you have scans on your Batman collection?

I do but they're on the old Dell. I have yet to set up a time/date with a local buddy's friend who's a pro PC repair. I think it only needs a new system battery.

I registered btascollectibles.com years ago so to set up a virtual museum but got too lazy to organize the collection for clean/proper pics. Eventually, I quit collecting Batman out of necessity. Right now...everything is in storage boxes. I wanted to sell some on eBay but it looks like the bat-market has gotten really weak after the 90s. Still hoping it'll rebound.

To give you an idea of what's in my collection...Russian nesting dolls, Italian cologne, UK candy cigarettes, kid's cycles, French mini chess sets...
