Target UD Blaster Break and Question

I broke an Upper Deck Blaster box wth my sone and lucky and pulled a Jeff Skinner Young Guns out of it but also had a 2008 Doug Wilson Master Piece card. Can anyone tell me what it is? It says it was a buy back from the 2008 set.....

It's just that, a buy back. UD "bought back" a bunch of cards and inserted them into boxes (I think Retail only). Nothing too terribly special about them as I don't believe they're embossed or have anything indicating buyback other than a buyback card with them.
