sitting and learning from a great QB has it's benefits.... look what happened to Matt Cassel......I'm sure he'll get drafted by a team that will try and develop him into a great QB.....he's got the potential IMO.
Tony Romo is a little better because he sat behind Vinny Testaverde and Drew Bledsoe. Say what you want about Vinny or Drew, but they know the game and I've always heard coaches compliment them (especially Vinny) about their knowledge of the game and mentor skills. Of course though, Tony Romo still has a way to come.
