Josh, I know it would be a bunch of work for the slow moving draft but could you rescan/post the remaining cards?
I'll get a list up by this afternoon.

Afternoon everyone.

Watched a couple of new to me movies yesterday - "Daybreakers" and "The Road". "Daybreakers" had some great action and Ethan Hawke was pretty damn good, great vampire movie overall. "The Road" is kind of a dreary, survival movie about a father and his son trying to stay alive in a post-apocalyptic world where cannibals rule the streets and everyone is out for themselves. The last 15 minutes or so of the movie were truly heart wrenching, involving the father slowly dying and his young teen son having to cope with his death. My wife hated it, but I recommend it.

Dan I can't believe I was on here before you.. I've been here since 7EST and was waiting for you to start it off but nothing was happening. It got me thinking that many of us probably took today off to have really long weekend..

I noticed last nite someone is now unloading a bunch of Canseco GU'ed on Ebay.. a handful of them I need and haven't seen in a very long time. I hope I can snag a couple but I know many of the other guys don't have them either so there will be some fierce competition for most of them.

Whats up Alex, George, Josh?

George, I will finally see my cousin this weekend I think and can't wait to see your care package. I talked to my aunt yesterday and she said that was a really nice gesture so I had to tell her thats just the type of guy you are.

Oh and I forgot to say LAKERS WIN! one more game and hopefully they face the Celtics as I'd like to see some redemption from two years ago.. isn't that aweful a Mass native rooting for the Lakers?

Seems to be a nice trend, unfortunately it has not been my PC guys.

Good morning all!
Some of you has sent me PM's and well wishes as its been clear I've been pretty down this week. Heres what happened.

I bought a case of 2010 Bowman Jumbo, my first case ever. Wife's car crapped out and decided to sell the case to pay the deductible of 500.00. Couldnt really bust a case of cards when her car wasnt running. I found a buyer for the case at a little profit that would have been money for the vacation we planned this summer. Put the case in my truck to mail out after work and my truck was broken into. They stole the case, the DVD unit, the CD player and a load of other stuff, all while parked on the street IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY. Police here have no leads and nobody seems to know anything.

So, I'm out what i paid for the case, no extra $$$ for vacation, still have to pull together the extra cash for the car repair and now I have about 300.00 in repairs for my truck window and replacing the CD player (not worrying about the DVD as it was a factory installed extra). Its just had me in a foul mood and not really wanting to do much. Going to work has been a disaster knowing everything going on. Still no leads on my stuff, but the police around here are worthless and always have been, so I've accepted that I'm not getting anything back.

This on top of issues and disasters at work have made this the worst week I've had in a LONG time.

Thanks again to those that sent PM's. They meant a lot.
Tom

Sorry to hear all of that Tom, I must have overlooked your mention of it previously. Hopefully you are able to recover the electronics if not everything.
