Because I am sure they tried to trade him firstCard Magnet said:He begged the Cardinals to release him this offseason before the draft so that he would have better luck finding a spot. What pricks they turned out to be. I saw on Sunday the Cards would be dropping him, and that the official announcement would come sometime this week.

He asked for his release and they told him they could not until he was replaced and that is exactly what they did. As a Cardinals fan ( from before they were good) I like the way they handled this and it was in the best interest of the team. I also like how they have handled the Boldin situation. I know he is a good Wr and should be paid more but he has been a butt hole about this and thinks he is worth as much as Fritz (best WR in the NFL). They tried to trade Boldin did not get what they wanted so kept him they did not let Boldin or Edge Strong arm them it is nice to see a team think about the team first and the what kinda of product they are selling to us the fans. One thing that bugs me is Leinart he only has 2 seasons left on his contract has had4 OC in 4 seasons and never had much of a fair shot at playing. Only season he started they had no Oline. Wish if they had no faith in him they would have moved him for some picks or something and freed up the cap space.

I really think Breaston will turn into the leagues top #2 receiver.J-Rod said:he did boldin was out with a broken face and fitz got all the attention. Yes breaston stepped up but its not like he will be a star
