I enjoyed reading everyone's thoughts and input on this issue. There's a lot of room for everyone and their choice(s).
For myself, these types of collectibles - the more obscure the better - are what get my collecting blood boiling and fuels my hobby enjoyment.
This is the first time I've seen the checklist cards since...IIRC... 2004 or thereabouts. So that gives a point of perspective where we can draw some projections as to their availability.
Still, you never know where and when you'll encounter one. I don't discount at all the possibility that one could find them in a commons box. But if you 'have' to have one - I always say hit the BIN if its available. Budgets can be worked on, regrets not so much. Not unless busting a budget becomes your biggest regret. i.e. You can't hug, eat, or keep the rain off your family at night with cards. <wink> ;-D
