Logged in last night and there were three Bagwell "Diffractors" listed, but the pictures were clearly NOT diffractors, but someone nabbed them up almost instantly... Hope they get that squared away before he has a disappointing mailday...

That would suck if they aren't diffractors. I got lucky and found a diffractor I didn't know I had.

The pictures were crystal clear. Just because it looked like a refractor to the seller, i think thats what he based the diffractor listing on. But the diffractor has that prism look to it. These definitely didnt have it.

Had to see for myself in the completed listings. They were BIN for $1.00. Obviously not diffractors, but a Bagwell collector might have wanted three decent looking Bagwell base cards -- still below BV.

Yeah, I saw em and was too late. I would have bought em, but before I could even check my PC, someone beat me to it.

I didn't bid on those, but book value on just that McGwire base card (the one that was scanned) is more than the winning bid price plus shipping.

Realistic sell value is probably $1-$2 for his base.I think only one lot had a McGwire.

Well realistic sale value on Bagwell base is a lot more than that normally. I'd say whoever won it got their money's worth.

Interesting. How much you shelling out for him then?I've never given more than $2 for base. And I likely never will.
