Ever want to know what the highest priced cards are for a given month? These 30 cards are the highest selling cards for the month of February. I have listed three TOP Ten categories: 1887-1950, 1951-1979, and 1980-2011. These cards actually sold auction-style so it does not count for buy it nows or best offers. I was surprised at the prices of some of them. Kirk Gibson over $2,000? WHAT??? Let me know what you all think of the list:

http://www.mytoppscards.com/cardtracker.htm

Also, please while you are there, check out the rest of my web site and my newly updated Hall of Fame!!

Thanks!

And unless there's something I don't know about '81 topps, those edges look soft to me.

Looking at the Babe Ruth's.. Looks like a couple have been relisted.. something smells on those auctions..

Looks like the 500 HR bat card keeps getting schilled..

I know he is a Hall of Famer and that is his rookie card but still I can't imagine any modern base card going for that much! Makes me want to pull out my 1981 Topps set and look for possible PSA 10 candidates!

1981 topps paper stock is horrendous at best. there are several cards that have yet to be graded higher then a PSA 8

Wow! I thought he was. Thanks for letting me know. When I think of him I always think of him hitting that home run and trotting around the bases while limping. Maybe Topps could put out a Hall of Fame insert set so I can become better educated on the subject. :)

I just looked at the bidding. There were 4 separate bidders at $1950 or higher.

That is crazy! Then again there is only one Psa 10 of him so if someone is working on a high grade 1981 set, maybe someone out there is crazy enough to buy!

I seriously doubt that there will be a modern card that will sell for more than the Ruth this year. Bookmark my web page and find out each month!
