Heatley deserves a game suspension for the elbow he threw at Ott.

TSN just confirmed that Heatley received 2 games for the hit.

Much deserved.

Absolutely. Although I hate Steve Ott, Heatley made a terrible decision and deserves the suspension.

Wow, I don't even know how Heatley could defend that one.

Brad Marchand to have a meeting with the NHL tomorrow about this hit:

I understand the announcers commenting on the elbow to the back of the head, but come on, Marchand's elbow wasn't even elevated. Being considered a blind-side hit? Sure, I can maybe see that. But the hit to the head, come on, Marchand is like 5'10", he'd have to practically jump to intentionally hit someone in the head.

I'm guessing 2 games??

This isn't the Gordie Howe era when the chicken wing was tolerated. What are these guys thinking?

it was hard to root for the Red Wings last night but I was happy to see them end the Capitals 9 game winning streak and to win in regulation.

Stars up 2-0 early in the 2nd against the Hawks. Ott in the 1st and Benn in the 2nd. The ice is terrible today. The building has had loads of events lately. Players are slipping down left and right.

3-0 now. Scored as I was typing. Morrow with the goal and Benn with the assist. Benn has a 12 game point streak and goals in 8 of 9.

Turco is in net now.

Thrashers beat the Flyers again, this time in Atlanta... Kinda wish the Thrashers would play the Flyers more... The only team they've dominated the past few years

Lehtonen gets his 2nd shutout as a Star. Stars win 5-0. The Hawks looked a little tired for some reason. The ice was terrible tonight. Busy building and today was over 80 degrees for the first time this year.

Flames Win 5-2 and are back in the hunt!!

Ales Kotalik, who just spent the last 20 games or so in the Minors, had a goal and an assist in his Calgary return.

looks like Lange only did 5 total inscriptions. Each is 1/1, so far I have only seen the one up for sale....

so much for me ever owning one :(

oh well they are awesome looking.

So the voices cards don't have unsigned versions? Would have been cool to just get one for in person or ttm auto from Lange and ask for inscription. Could always get lucky if someone lists one with reasonable bin.

I don't believe there are non-auto'ed versions but yeah I guess if one is listed with a reasonable BIN I could get it that way.

with the Rangers 6-3 win over the Canadiens Friday night Henrik Lundqvist became the first NHL goaltender to start a career with six straight 30-win seasons.
