the Penguins are using the powder blue jerseys again this season and will most likely use the jersey they wear in the Winter Classic as their 3rd jersey next season.

the Oilers announced today that number 1 draft pick Taylor Hall would wear the number 4 on his jersey starting at this weekends rookie camp. the last Oiler to wear number 4 was Kevin Lowe.

Jordan Eberle will wear #14

Magnus Paajarvi will wear #91

yeah he looks exactly the same, lol.

I find the picture very cool as Hall is wearing a Calgary minor Hockey jersey, NASA (North Memorial amateur sports association). I had a very similar jersey as Hall when i was a kid but mine was MESA (Memorial East sports association).

why dont the Rangers bring back the Lady Liberty jersey? That jersey was the ****!!!

I don't find this jersey very special. It looks basically the same as their other jersey, just says New York instead of Rangers.

When I saw the updated title in the thread, I got excited that it was going to be the liberty jerseys. These new ones, however, disappoint.

I really like both of them. the 40th anniversary jersey is a lot nice than some of the rumored ones that had been floating around the internet all Summer.

I'm glad they finally decided to get rid of the "Buffaslug". it was one of the worst emblems in the NHL.
