Matt is from my hometown, and is the only pro football player from our HS.

I used to bank every week at a bank where his sister was the manager, he even came in a couple of times, but I lost the job near there and it's 1/2 hour+ away, so I don't see her at all anymore. If I ever hear anything worthwhile, though, I'll post it on here.

He is primed for a good year, and the Texans should be better on the O-line, where they were BRUTAL!

I've seen 2 in the past 4-5 months on Ebay (I've been hunting for some Schaub stuff at good price's, but they both ended at more than I wanted to pay...$50-60ish each, I'd rather buy an auto rc for that amount)! I've got 2 Red refractor's (raw & BGS9) & an xfractor myself, as well as countless Rc auto's (last year I picked up many at unbelievably LOW price's & they are still considerably cheap considering his likelihood of blowing up this year)!

Matt Schaub Rc's= EXCELLENT investment potential right now, possibly the best bang for your buck in football at these price's!

(Just a few months back I was able to snag these rc's of Schaub:

2.UD Refrlections Rc Auto (gold version)- $.99+3.00 s/h

3.Contenders Auto SP (I bought this one at the end of the season last year)- $16 dlvd!!! :shock:

And the list goes on... His stuff has gone up given the preseason sizzle but can still be had at crazy-good price's, that's for sure!)

I wish I had seen the two golds because they would have been in my stash for sure.
I bought in low on most of my Schaub stuff in 2005. I felt he was a buy and hold and I am hoping this is the year.

nice card. i picked my 3-clr up from a trusted member in trade back in 06. I would not touch many of the ones on ebay because so many went from 1 clr to 3 clr from the fakers. I also have a 3 clr hot prospect. That card to me is the sleeper being as only 120 were made. There is one on now but the person selling has too much negative press even if his auctions sell higher than avg.

Hell yeah.

I think he and the Texans will do really well this year.They are only getting better and I think once the pieces start fitting into place we will be a contender for years to come.

I find it a little odd that sportscasters don't talk about Schaub when referencing the 04 draft class. They say about Roethlisberger and Manning (of course, they have rings), and Phillip Rivers. I would say that Schaub is no better or worse than Rivers at this point.

I also didn't know that Schaub was born in Pittsburgh.

A healthy Schaub is a beast. Look at his numbers last year. He's also got one of the best receivers in the league to chunk it up to. I'm expecting huge things from the Texan's this year.

That BGS 10 White Refractor is awesome. What did that run ya?

Where was this game in week #1. He and the Texans laid an egg, but they went on the road and got back on track. Maybe the Jets are not as bad as some thought. I guess I will have to start considering moving some stuff this week. You make the call:

thanks. I have not seen the prices on the magicians take off yet. Possibly the limited amount broken. I have 5 Hot Prospects and 1 Red HOt Red
