So I saw something that gave me the chills big time today but not for a good reason. I was leaving the work gym getting on the highway and I come up on a huge 2 car accident. The part that got me was it was in the exact same spot of the same guardrail that I hit two years ago. One of the vehicles to make it even more strange was a white expedition the same as I currently own and it was the one in the guardrail with a tire sheered off. Seeing this brought back really bad memory and thus the big chill. This is not a typical spot to have an accident and you would have to be extremely unlucky as I was to hit this very small stretch of guardrail so I feel for the people involved.
Sounds like a Movie, that you went back in time and If you would have looked in the car, maybe you would have saw yourself. Remember i said "like a movie"

Horror movie.. I'm sure you don't know the background like most of the MT regulars but I broke 2 vertebrae in my neck and consider myself lucky to not only be walking but here on earth still to talk about it. That is the big reason why it really hit me seeing it.
Paul, I can't believe it's been 2 years already.

Morning

I know Jesse.. time really flies and I try not to relive the bad memories but I sure did today. I have enough picture reminders and I can talk about it when people ask but to see the visual I saw today it really struck me in a way I haven't been in a very long time.

First T-storm of the year here today.
I am about to bring a T-Storm to your arse if you keep posting like a clown.
Explain to me how I'm posting like a clown, please.

Somebody calls me a moron and then tries to tell me what's what when I know otherwise.

If you think I'm an *******, call me an *******. But don't tell me I'm wrong and call me a moron when I'm talking about something I know.

That's all I'm saying.

Watching MONEYBALL as we speak. I was at the very first game Billy Beane played as a Tiger...in that game, he had three hits and made a good impression on us. I looked up his Wiki entry and was surprised he only played 6 games with Tigers in '88. I must have forgotten about that brevity after so long.

Apparently I shouldn't bother anymore either, as it appears my opinions/defenses of my opinions are unwelcome.

Paul- that is tough. Wow, must've been surreal as hell to see that. I can understand why it would affect you like it did. We're glad you are still with us bud. :grouphug:

thanks Dave

:grouphug: The MT brotherhood got me through some really down times post accident.

Seeing the white/tan expedition in the rail all smashed up was the creepiest part. Thats the exact same vehicle/color I currently own which my wife drives daily. I was telling my wife at lunch and I don't think she was understanding all the eery coincidences.
