I guess a pretty major Earthquake has just hit Japan in the last hour. 6.8-7.0 Magnitude quake, Tsnumai's are on their way right now.

Frosty ; I still have most of the Mag 's SOMEWHERE ::facepalm:: I have 10,000 cards of former Crawdads , 30,000 Pirates - 1500 Jason Bay ,800 Jack Wilson . I had 800 Dale Murphy of just 88 Donruss and 87 Topps [?]. Over 300,000 cards by team and 90% in alphabethal order .

Hi Ty, yes it was a couple hours ago that the quake hit, i guess it was off the coast of NE JAPAN, quite far away from Tokyo.

Tsnumai's are expected North East of Sendai, but they are not supposed to hit Sendai. Tsnumai's are supposed to be much smaller than last year. CNN is reporting Tsnumai waves are gonna be about 1 meter high, which is still bad enough.

The CNN link is saying 1/2 meter high Tsnumai waves while the actual meteroligist on LIVE TV right now is saying 1 meter high waves expected.

The quake was not felt in Tokyo, and there was no threat of a Pacific-wide tsunami.

I'll never forget last year. I felt the 7.1 HARD. Man, you don't fear until Mother Nature decides to shake the planet!

Watched a MSNBC "Caught on Camera" last night all about last years Japan quakes and Tsnumai's, i couldn't imagine being in a big one like that, especially those Tsnumais are so powerful and the water just comes out of no where so fast.

On a side note, i was in a very small earthquake in Los Angeles back in 1999 or so. Cant remember the magnitude but we did feel it.
