What about tanning?

I actually had a thought the other day: I don't know whether it exists yet, but what if one was to create a franchise of store locations where you could do gym, tanning AND laundry at the same place? While your load is running, hit the gym and/or go tanning! I'm sure someone in NJ already came up with it, otherwise that sounds like a good business venture. Thinking of it, let me call Mark Cuban right away...
