Looks like I'll be making a short unexpected trip to Florida later in the week.

My grandmother isn't doing well and is on Hospice care now, so I want to go down and see her before we loose her.
I spent every summer with her and my grandfather (while my father worked) from the age of 5-14.

We lost my grandfather in 2008 from cancer. I was lucky enough to come home on emergency leave from Afghanistan and made it there the day before he passed. Hospice was there as well. They are angels.

chilly here today.. big change from the 70's and 80's we had last week. Supposed to be this way all week down in the 50's. Going to hopefully have a nice mailweek to share with everyone this week depending on how things trickle in here.
