I've kept my game face on all week, but the nerves are finally starting to set in. It's not so much about the procedure tomorrow as much as it's what if it doesn't work.

Think of it this way, Joe: I have had the same procedure you will have twelve times.

Hasn't affected my sunny disposition one freakin' bit!

Andrew- I'm just concerned about the additional course of action should the lithotripsy not work. I don't mind having multiple lithotripsy procedures. I'm just not keen on actually being opened up if it doesn't work. :lol:

Well, Dave (Wide) and I had a ustream segment last night to determine if the 10 Ultimate Tins I finally picked up at the PO were legit.
I am happy to report that from what we can tell, all are legit.
I will be breaking them this evening sometime around 9:30.
I will send out the ustream link to anyone that is interested.

Good luck tomorrow Joe. That can't be any fun but you will perservere my brother!

In the OR, all the people who worked on me were super friendly and encouraging each time. You will feel nervous before they put you under anesthesia, but it is oddly comforting when you see them doing their preps beforehand. You gotta think of the odds of success/number of times they have done this.

A good friend of mine was in a terrible car accident with a Drunk Driver monday evening. This morning she responded to her Fiance for the first time, and is breathing on her own.

Prayers have truly been answered.
