You collect El Camino Hot Wheels? --- My fiancee and I both do only because our best friend passed away a few years ago and he loved El Caminos. Since his passing I have found 5 total. Never brand new, just at tag sales and flea markets. We put them on the bookshelf next to his portrait.

I pretty much collect just errors/defects, T-Hunts, and any car I find kinda cool or unique, but I am an El Camino fan. I love those things.

I think the previous owners had a woodburner in the basement. I will have to replace the furnace and have the duct work either cleaned or replaced. I have already got plans in motion to address this. I have a friend that is a Journeyman Sheetmetal worker that will help out, trading labor for permission to hunt here and have a place to stay.

Otherwise, it's paint, carpet, and alot of cleaning. Should be a nice flip down the road.

Dang dude, that's a pretty decent looking place for a fixer-upper. I'm guessing there was a fire in the basement or something? What did you end up offering? The $9K?
