Good morning all.

Was doing some shopping on COMC last night. Ever have a seller that seems to reject all offers? I think I make fair offers, with probably 97% of my offers resulting in eventual purchase (straight up acceptance or sometimes countering back and forth). But one seller usually rejects my offers and doesn't counter. It's one of the COMC heavyweight sellers so maybe he has the Burbank philosophy when it comes to his prices.

Good morning guys. We had some rain yesterday afternoon and a little bit last night around 8:30. Just checked the weather again for today and its only supposed to get up to 83 today, when I checked yesterday the high was supposed to be 95. I much prefer the 83

Me too Dave. It's a bit of a bummer though. Since I'm only a temporary employee for the state I don't get holiday pay like everybody else

Mines a mix of good and bad. Today is my wife and I's 1 year wedding anniversary, but my dad is having a heart procedure done today. They're putting a defibrillator in him so if his heart gives out it'll shock it back to working again. Seems to be a minor procedure from the way the docs make it sound, but I am still worried. If all goes well today, we might plan a trip to a zoo this weekend with our son.
