...yes, I have 1/2 the set or so scanned...I updated the thread several days ago as I had done some scanning a couple of weeks ago....posted a few more HOF pics in the thread. Thanks for asking.....

BTW- just sent a decent haul of autos to PSA this week. No contest this time but I have all my fingers and toes crossed that I'll come out clean.

Just filled up a big ol' cup of iced coffee so I am rearin' to go- day off with the boys, hopefully playing some ball....take care....

Dan - How goes it bud? Any plans for your weekend? I am taking a 15 mile bikeride with a buddy from work tomorrow morning and rebuilding the PC tonight. Have this weekend off with Sunday wide open (card shop day most likely ).

Kobearodlt - That is one sweet card...legendary cuts was an A+ in my book for 2008 and I am looking WAY forward to the 2009 product.

...thanks Alex, I am very superstitious with regards to the Sox, my kids teams (especially when I coach) and from my "glory days" as a player back in the day. I was very much hoping a contest would be good karma for Big Papi and lo-and-behold he smacked one that night. Perhaps I should do a contest when he will hit his 2nd :lol: :lol: (For full disclosure I am not doing a contest here )

morning everyone. nice pickups guys.

the Pens won Game 2 against the Canes 7-4 last night and take a 2-0 series lead into Carolina Saturday night. it was one of the best games I have ever attended. it was LOUD!!!

the Red Sox swept the Jays and moved within a 1/2 game of 1st place. Jason Bay hit his 13th home run and set a Sox team record by hitting 11 straight hr's with at least one runner on base. that is some serious production.

the Pirates failed to sweep the Nats with a 5-4 loss.
