steve at steve's sportscards shot me an email a couple weeks ago asking me if i was still looking for the red and he said he found a guy who had one...i couldnt pass it up even though it wasnt the best of timing...now that i have it in hand i couldnt be happier

~~Ebay auction was ended via Best Offer and paid for immediately, 29 Dec 09. Notified today that a DC number had been added to my auction status, DC number does not show any details, too new of a number. I assume the card was shipped today, thus I emailed the seller.

While waiting the response my thought is, Is it so hard to ship within 3 days of the auction ending. I dont really get too antsy but 2 weeks after accepting my BO, wtf./

Hell I can even understand a week in certain situations, especially if its someone who doesn't sell all that regularly, but 2 weeks would tick me off. At least you're getting a lot of "handling" for your buck

Dave - 15 for that quad is an incredible price! Mine was ~38 and I thought that was a deal.

Yes, I sent him an email, if he offers to refund the shipping I will let it pass. I normally leave 5-Stars but this is a bit much without any explanation, however one at this point would be an excuse in response to my question.

If it's a legitimate reason and an honorable seller, you'll have your shipping $$$ back. I refunded a buyers shipping once because it took me 5 days to get out an item they had won.

yes i agree scanning out of the top loader would make them look better but i was just trying to get them up quick (along with all the other cards in my bucket)...im planning on redoing the entire collection over the summer since we have extremely high tech scanner at work and there wont be much to do...home scanner isnt the best on the market...so sadly for now they will look a little crappy ::facepalm::
