Nice stuff Alex! if you ever run across some nice low numbered Canseco GU'ed I don't have let me know.. I have a Burleigh Grimes Gu'ed in my bucket I could help your HOF PC out with available.

Thanks Alex. I'm still contemplating the bolded above, but I'm sure the hardwood floor is out, at least for now, thinking about throwing an area rug down to start. I have wood trim(which I have to strip or buy new) so color is still up in the air.

Paul- Congrats on the pick ups! The Decades is sweet. Tim is great to deal with. I bought a bunch of Pete Rose and Chris Sabo cards from him. He has some great stuff to help fill missing cards for player collectors.

Tim was easy to deal with.. I actually made the trade on the Bench but I know he is here as well and if anyone else doesn't know about him more exposure can't hurt. what Im getting from Tim kinda takes me back to the late 80's early 90's when I was buying from SouthPaw cards before the internet by a mail list yearly. He was king of oddball stuff in those days and I met him at a BC High show where I bought a ton of things off him and took his mailing info for future contact. I would order a ton of stuff from him yearly. Tim is now filling in the last of those gaps in the oddball collection for me. I need to start working on the rest of my Star set and promo needs sometime soon too. I wish StarGalore on Ebay was even remotely reasonable with prices.. he has pretty much everything I still need if only he would realize Star cards are worthless and work with you on lots.

Art - Nice!!! I say go with some green shag carpet and wood panel walls Seriously though...since the room is tiny I would stick with a simple white/off white to make the room seem bigger. Just my 2 cents though :mrgreen:

Did you just pick that up? Nice card but I find it hard to believe that a GU bat card goes for $5k+.. and that Little_I has had 2 of them..

There are some set collectors that need that card for the APOH set, and even if I pulled one, I would have to think hard about keeping it even though it would make my set mostly complete..(I don't have the Babe Ruth SP/50)..
