Re: The Morning Thread..........

Just above freezing here in Houston. Only two more weeks until the big Tri-Star show.

It would be better though. My daugther of 18 months old decided to get up at 2:00 AM. Managed to get her back to sleep at 5:00AM. Left to come here to work at 6:00 AM.

I guess this is why they invented coffee.

Good morning all.

Goblue - This virus that you have has been all of New York. I had it like two (2) weeks ago than it was passed onto the kids. Maybe it's been all over the states.

As for the guessing game goes, I would go with 9.

yeah...now they go against the greatest big play safety in league history. I like both teams but I am an Ed Reed fan first and foremost... :D

I will have to show you a scan of my Roethlisberger patch auto when I get one...

The Chargers had 15 yards rushing on 12 attempts. We are talking about two great D's but the Steelers are at home and a little more crisp after having a bye week.

Plus, a healthy Parker will help to balance out the offensive attack. I much rather have Big Ben than an overrated Flacco under center with a trip to the big show on the line.

I have been a Steelers fan all my life and I also went to Miami (Ohio) so forgive me for being a Homer but I don't see the Ravens as having a chance to win.

You will have to post that autographed patch!!!

...I wouldnt overlook the Ravens for a second. Strong team with a good chance to win. I wont be upset in the least seeing big ben have another shot a ring though

...the Cardinals in the NFC Championship game makes me sick.....Pats spanked them, though they had already clinched.

My bet is that Andy Reid and Donavan are in the Super Bowl again- looks like the Steelers/Baltimore winner should be sitting pretty!!

Like I said, I am a Homer....and Ben should really be chasing his third ring, not his second. I have a feeling the Ravens will run out of gas and they lack the weapons to get it done on offense.

Steelers win 27-10.

I agree with you, no way does Arizona pull off another win. I'm hoping Donovan can pull off a Super Bowl win. He's a good guy, I hope he gets a ring. But, it'll be tough against either of the AFC teams. Anyone think the Chargers got robbed in the fourth on the long ball that looked like the receiver was OB when he came down? It looked like it could have been an interception, but at the very least it should have been reviewed. Could have changed the outcome a little or at least made it closer.
