Doesn't ebay take a % of shipping fees now?

eBay's TOS says it's a no no to claim shipping costs to cover fees as well as driving to the post office. That once sentence breaks the TOS twice.

felt good to get back to my normal schedule minus the having to work part.. I've worked 2nd shift for over 10 years now and when I'm on vacation the first shift lifestyle really messes up my sleep and appetite. supposed to be picking my truck up this morning so have to call the dealer make sure its a go and then head up there get that done and drop off the rental.
