Yup its the 1st time they have gone 6-0 in almost 25 years so its been a great year so far

Whats up Andy any new pickups?

Recently I came across a couple lots of Puckett RC's. 85 Topps Puckett RC(X53) Couldn't pass them up for roughly 1.86 each.


Scotty, my heart sank as much as yours will when I say I missed out on the Killebrew. I set a personal limit on what I could spend, and I would have had it if shipping wasn't 15.00. I was suprised how cheap it ended up going, and I've been beating myself up for not throwing another 30 on my snipe.

O well, I've just gotta wait to upgrade I guess. I also might get my 55 Killebrew signed at Twinsfest 2010 and ship it off to PSA/DNA, but am still leaning against it because mine is a 2-3 at best. Trying to upgrade to a 5 or better sometime soon, and then a 7 or better a few years down. That auto'd RC would have been great though, not to mention it looked like a 5.

Thanks, I still have like 15 more cards to sell after this until I start thinning out other areas of my collection. Most is going to baby/house stuff but def. gonna be putting some aside for my set/nationals.

Hell yea, I'll add more Puckett RC's whenever I find bulk, or a good deal. Helps me on my quest to 1K Puckett RC's. Didn't bother scanning them because who wants to see 50 of the same card besides me. I'll probably od it anyways one a time front and back just to annoy anyone who comes in to the thread

Seeing some of your pickups in hand definitely had an impact. I am really thinking about doing SGC 40+ only on all of my pickups. I know it could get pricey, but I think if I get serious, I want the highest grades possible.
