Well, did my First pre-season Wins total and was pleasantly surprised. I have the Pokes at 10 wins, which usually gets you in, even if it's as a Wild Card. It's mostly 'cuz of the easy mid-season schedule, but hey, a win is a win.

IF the safeties are better than I think (been saying this for 5+ years BTW), maybe they can get 1 or 2 more. Maybe if Vick isn't healthy, and the 'Skins are just putrid, they'll help too.

I'm not at all happy with the off-season moves, but that schedule will help and the progression of the O-Line and WRs should be good too.

i have us going 11-5. we lose to the Jets, Eagles once, giants once, (both away), Patriots, and Tampa Bay.

i think Felix finally gets 1,000 yds in a season, and Miller and Murray compliment him nicely (yes, Choice will be cut/traded)

I don't see Jones playing enough games to get 1,000.

He and murray will be splitting time at the trainers table..

Agreed. From all the practice reports I have been reading Elam, Sensabaugh and Church have adjusted well to Ryans scheme and overall the postion should be better than last season. Addressing the OL through the draft really seems to have stabilized the group. Smith's mobility is supposed to be amazing and Arkin might start at LG. FA wasn't great but the Cowboys didn't have a lot to work with and they spent money wisely. I am very excited to see how the Cowboys perform in the preseason b/c the offense could be explosive and the defense will beat up on some teams.

Agreed, not a good sign that he started the year off hurt. Miller could see a lot of touches w/ the injury history of Jones and Murray.

After such a long drought of football with the lockout, it's hard to believe that preseason games are just a few days away.

Vick is probably going to be out one or two games this season. It's basically a given based on his career because of how he plays and gets banged up. It would be great if one of those was against the Cowboys, as I feel more confident against a cold Vince Young.

The Giants re-signed Steve Smith, which sucks. Scratch that...it SUCKS! The Marlboro Man aka The Cowboys Killer makes the Giants games a lot tougher to win.

Side note - If the Bears win the Super Bowl, do the Cowboys get rings too since they basically produced the Bears roster this year? :lol:

I'll give you that; they have a better record in the playoffs recently. Your span of 15 years you used seems to have missed the Cowboys Super Bowl win (15 years ago this year).

Winning the NFC West is like being class valedictorian at a special needs school. Sure, you're the best of the best, but you're still just a mentally challenged person to the rest of the world.

my bad, I counted 15 football seasons back 1996-2010. The girls won the 1995 season super bowl played in 1996. Apologies.

Your right, winning the NFC west ain't much but I believe everyone starts 0-0 in the playoffs. Bash the NFC West all you want, but those 'special' teams have been to the Super Bowl twice in those 15 football seasons, two more than the Cowboys.
